Q789 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash in under five minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT withdrawals are processed within two hours during banking business hours. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are processed within one to two business days subject to the card-issuing bank's processing times. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or if additional verification is required.
For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
